Guangzhou, November 25 - As the Guangzhou Asian Games goes on, Lv Yangyang, our dear volunteers, have become the best name card of Guangzhou city.

Lv Yangyang (a green goat in Chinese) wins a public poll as people come to choose their favourite nickname for the Guangzhou Asian Games volunteers. The poll concluded early on the morning of November 24 and Lv Yangyang took the lead to gain 37.5 percent of the total votes.

Since the Opening Ceremony, 60,000 Games-time volunteers for the 16th Asian Games divided into 20 teams offering protocol, language, security, medical and spectator services at Games venues (including 53 competition venues, 18 training venues and 11 non-competition venues) while 500,000 city volunteers covering 600 city volunteers service stations, bus stops, intersections, parks, streets and communities of 12 districts, provide citizens and visitors language, transport, security, medical, cruising, sanitation services and information services before, during and after the Games.
